Call for Entries!

FelixEntertainmentDotCom is looking for independent-minded writers with fresh vision. Possible leads for production for competition winners.

OBJECTIVE

The goal of the contest is to encourage, support and reward excellent innovative ideas. Scripts submitted will be assessed on overall creativity, theme, originality and characters.

RULES

• Submission must be in English and/or Malay.
• Any genre may be submitted.
• Script must be completed not work-in-progress.
• Script must be original work of contestant.
• Preferably a feature length between 70 to 120 pages.
• Each script must be typed, bound and professionally formated.
• A typed synopsis about 2 pages detailing the essential elements of premise, character and story development.
• A cover sheet detailing title of script, genre description, author's name, background, address, e-mail and contact.
• Script must not be in development, production, optioned or sold.
• Enclose a SASE for the script if you want the script returned after notification date.

DEADLINE

Early entry by 28 February 2003
Late entry by 30 April 2003

Late entry: USD 50.00
Payment in bank draft or check payable to 'Felix Entertainment'

AWARDS

Cash: USD 500.00
Other prizes: Music CDs, boardgame sets and/or promo products
Coverage: Online and Offline features

NOTIFICATION

Selected script will be notified in Summer 2003.
Only one winner will be declared each year.
Consolation prizes for finalists.
All entries will be informed of status in the competition after notification date via e-mail or snail mail.
FelixEntertainmentDotCom maintains rights not to declare any winner.
