We have problem to process incoming messages (and members subscription) if 
you are using e-mail accounts with *msn.com*, *hotmail.com*, *aol.com*, 
*netscape.net*, excite.com* and *comcast.net* due to their network gateway 
policy.
To help prevent our reply messages (and membership postings) from 
inadvertently blocked by your E-mail Service Provider / Internet domain, 
you MUST add our domain i.e. www.felix-entertainment.com to your safelist 
by following the examples below:

*Using MSN Hotmail*
1. Click Options. 
2. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail 
Protection. 
3. Click Safe List. 
4. Type www.felix-entertainment.com from which you want to receive 
messages, and then click Add.


*Using Windows Live Hotmail*
1. Click Options. 
2. Click Allowed and Blocked Senders under Junk e-mail 
3. Click Allowed senders. 
4. Type www.felix-entertainment.com from which you want to receive 
messages, and then click Add to List.
